Admissions

In order to keep the admissions process impartial and open to all families, Families Together Cooperative Nursery School admits new students through a blind lottery. This blind lottery emphasizes our deep commitment to equity and is conducted after returning family enrollment is completed. To be included in the lottery, new families must submit a completed application and a $50 non-refundable application fee by March 1, 2012. Applications received after March 1, 2012 will be added to the end of our waitlist.

The Co-Op offers priority enrollment to returning students and siblings. Returning families must submit their application by February 1, 2012 to receive priority. Letters of acceptance for the remaining places in the classroom and/or notification of a child's place on our waiting list will be mailed to all families within two weeks of the application deadline.

FTCNS endeavors to construct and maintain a diverse school community that respects cultural differences. We are a non-sectarian school, which admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
